3BR #12 is a 3BR floorplan with the queen locked off by the owners for a study and personal items. They prefer all adults and 4 people maximum...so they offer their condo at the 2BR rate. A great fit for the couple or small family of 4 who want the oceanfront master king suite and twin beds at a 2BR rate!

Lease Terms:

  • 50% Deposit required to confirm all reservations.

  • Deposits are refundable with 60 days notice (Dec 16 - Apr 15) and Refundable with 30 days notice (April 16 - Dec 15).

  • Check Out time is 11AM; Check-in Time is 4PM

  • All Rates subject to 10% Gov't Tax and 6% Gratuity Charge. AMEX/VISA/MASTERCARD Accepted

  • Personal cheques accepted for deposit only- Balance of rental charged to card upon arrival.
