constructed (2005) waterfront 2BR/2BA condominiums adjacent to the Kaibo Yacht
Club in Cayman Kai; these condos face the sunsets & overlook the marina and
their beachfront infinity pool/hot tub. All units have beachfront views with either screened balconies or
first floor terraces. Large sun deck, plenty of lounge chaises, cabanas and palms
to provide shade/privacy.
Of the 30 condos; only 12 will rent to tourists. Most of the units are owned by local affluent families who might use the condo on the weekend or during the holidays. For this reason, the pool and grounds are rarely crowded. The adjacent Kaibo Yacht Club offers both a casual beach bar, nicer evening restaurant upstairs and is the location to pick up the Red Sail catamaran to stingray sandbar and Coral Gardens snorkeling. of Cayman Kai within the North Sound. They are close walking
distance to the Kaibo Yacht Club and enjoy sunset views and a white
sand beach.
The most unique feature of these 2BR/2BA condos is the generous size and thoughtful design. Second-floor condos have a screened balcony, first floor condos offer a screened porch. These units are quiet and offer a manicured white sand beach for morning/evening strolls . The Kaibo Yacht Club Restaurant/Bar is a barefoot walk down the beach. Each unit is decorated differently by its owner. Rum Point is also about a 5-10 minute walk from this Soundfront complex . A great swimming beach is right across the street at Gardens of the Kai. |
