Deposit Requirements
50% due to book
Balance due 60 days prior to occupancy
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations after booking are refunded half of the deposit. Should we replace the reservation, the balance is also refunded. Should the reservation not be replaced, half the deposit is forfeited. If cancellation is made after full payment, refund is only provided if the reservation is replaced, however if completely forfeited-- the owner will offer a 50% credit for any subsequent stay at the property (non-transferable) if taken within 13 months from date of cancellation.  A full refund is available if a hurricane (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) is predicted in the duration of your stay.
