Note* While all of our
condos are
"waterfront", our guests want to know more about the beach.
Grand Cayman Condos has visited each condominium
personally and we know that the surf, beach and breeze for each
condo differs. In general; more breeze equals fewer bugs, oceanfront will have the best snorkeling and marine
life, and a westward view makes for fantastic sunsets.
Also, Grand Cayman's "Oceanfront" beach is typically a combination of
sand/natural limestone.
- "Oceanfront"
means directly on the Caribbean Sea with the changes in
surf, breezes, natural beach and vibrant marine life living
within the protective reef surrounding the North, East and
Southern coasts of the island.
- "Soundfront"
are the (predominantly)
westward views across the North Sound (location of Stingray
City) in Cayman Kai with less surf, less breeze and less
marine life; but with a man-made white sand beach and
wonderful sunset views. Also close proximity to Rum Point &
Kaibo Marina.
- "Lagoonfront"
are the homes that are built on the quiet tidal lagoons of
Cayman Kai that have less marine life,
rare breezes and the beaches are almost all man-made white
sand. Convenient to Rum Point and Kaibo Yacht Clubs, Pool recommended.
